Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code with all orders you place at SOLIT. You will receive this code as soon as your package has been registered with PostNL.

You will receive a confirmation email approximately 15 minutes after your order has been placed. Haven’t received a confirmation email after 30 minutes? First of all, check your spam box. No email here either? Please feel free to contact us so that we can still provide you with a confirmation email.

Exchange and Return

Oops, we made a mistake while packing. We are happy to solve this for you! Feel free to contact us. Then we will help you immediately. If you would like, you can already return the wrong item to us using the return form.

Once your package is received and approved by us, the purchase amount will be refunded within fourteen days, but this is usually a lot faster! SOLIT products

SOLIT socks generally have a normal fit. This means that you can simply order the same size socks as, for example, your shoes. To make sure of this, there is a size chart for each product. Here you can see exactly how the respective sock fits.

SOLIT socks have elastane. This ensures that the sock fits perfectly on every foot!

The socks from SOLIT are made of high-quality fabrics. For each product, under the heading ‘specifications’, it is indicated from which material the relevant sock is made.

SOLIT socks are designed in such a way that they should not fall down. However, it is possible that the band does not fit your ankle as it should.

The SOLIT membership

Sign up for the SOLIT subscription via solitsocks.nl/membership, choose the composition of your subscription and you are always guaranteed new socks.

After your registration you will immediately receive your first package of SOLIT socks. You will receive your next package after the next term in which you fall. Curious when this is? We always send your package between the 2nd and 10th of the month after payment. Check your SOLIT account when your next payment will be made. When we have collected the next payment you will receive an email with a confirmation.

Because you are a SOLIT member, you always benefit from FREE shipping within your subscription and you will receive brand new SOLIT socks every period!

The amount for your new SOLIT socks will be debited every other month (Jan/March/May/July/Sep/Nov) around the 27th by direct debit. For this we use the account number linked by you. An account number can only be used once.

We debit monthly on the 27th of the month, the fixed dates for this are:

The packaging simply fits through your letterbox. So it is not necessary to stay at home. Unless you want to put on your fresh SOLIT socks right away.

How can I pause my subscription?

Does the SOLIT subscription seem not to be for you? No problem, you can easily pause your subscription yourself. We use a notice period of one term. This means that when you take a break, you will receive fresh socks one more time. Pause in a few steps:

  1. Log in to your account here.
  2. Select ‘Subscriptions’ from the menu.
  3. Click on ‘cancel/pause’ for the correct subscriptions
  4. You will receive a confirmation of your choice by e-mail.

Are there no more socks in your sock drawer? No problem! You can always unsubscribe easily, you are never committed to anything. You can easily unsubscribe by logging into your account or by sending an email. Under the heading ‘subscriptions’ in your account you can cancel your sock subscription within one click. If you stop your subscription before the 20th of the month, you will no longer receive new socks from the next delivery moment.

We do not charge any cancellation fees, this can be done completely free of charge in your SOLIT account!

Within the SOLIT socks subscription you will receive 2 pairs of new socks every other month. This subscription costs €10.95. This amount is automatically debited from your account every other month.

The big advantage of a SOLIT sock subscription is that you always have FREE shipping, how nice!

The moment you have an outstanding payment, no SOLIT socks will be delivered. As soon as your payment has been made, we will immediately send the socks. You will receive this later than you are used to.

It is not possible to move the direct debit to another date. The fee for your subscription is automatically debited on a predetermined date. This is always around the 27th of the payment month (Jan/March/May/July/Sep/Nov).

If you are unable to pay your subscription costs at that time, you will automatically receive a payment reminder by email. You can also easily make the payment via your account.

During registration you have (by agreeing to the terms of use) consented to a recurring automatic debit of your subscription costs. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time via your account.
