SOLIT ships all packages ordered on business days before 11:59 p.m. the same day! Occasionally, orders may be delayed by DHL. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
Keep a close eye on your Track & Trace. If you have not received your order after 3 days, please contact us!
Does your order contain a pre-order? Please note that your entire order will only be shipped on the date of the pre-order delivery! -

Returning or exchanging your product at SOLIT is very easy and 100% free!
Go to this link, follow the steps, and then take your package to a DHL or PostNL point and send it.
Keep the Track & Trace code until you are sure that we have received your package.
Once your package has been received and approved by us, the purchase amount will be refunded within fourteen days, but this usually happens much faster! The amount will be refunded in the same way you paid. If you have not received your purchase amount after fourteen days, please feel free to contact us.

SOLIT socks are “regular” fit. This means you can order SOLIT socks in the size range that matches your normal shoe size!
If you wear size 38, order size 35-38. If you wear size 39, order size 39-42. -
All SOLIT socks have the following washing instructions:
- Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius
- Dry at a low temperature
- Iron at a low temperature
- Avoid dry cleaning
